Two-way audio functionality requires the purchase and professional installation of an IP speaker, sold separately. While Clarity’s monitoring platform supports most major camera brands, compatibility is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for any required upgrades, replacements, or installation costs if existing systems are found to be incompatible. Clarity assumes no responsibility for preexisting equipment, wiring, network configuration, or third-party hardware failures. Service performance depends on the condition and operation of customer-provided equipment and network infrastructure. AI detection and monitoring enhance deterrence but cannot guarantee prevention of theft, vandalism, or crime. All monitoring and response times depend on network and provider availability. Pricing, features, and compatibility are subject to change without notice. Any verbal warnings or law enforcement notifications are performed as a deterrent only. Clarity is not responsible for police response times, outcomes, or enforcement actions. All pricing shown applies to monitoring up to 8 cameras and includes up to 15 operator-handled events per month. An operator-handled event is any instance where a central station operator is alerted by an AI detection and contacts the property’s point of contact, preforms a talkdown, plays a pre recorded message or calls local law enforcement. Clarity’s monitoring service is designed to deter and detect unauthorized activity, but no system can guarantee the prevention of criminal acts or property loss. Clarity does not warrant that monitoring will stop all incidents or result in law enforcement response.
